Hurricane Preparedness: What to Do Before and After a Storm
The summer season is in full swing on the Alabama Gulf Coast. The grills are fired up, crawfish boils are a weekly, if not daily, occurrence, the sun is shining, the weather is warm (hot!), and the beaches are as beautiful as always. However, the start of the summer season on the Gulf Coast means one more thing—hurricanes. Hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th, and it is important to be prepared throughout the entire season in case a storm decides to come our way.

June marks National homeownership month
For some, homeownership represents financial stability. For others, it represents community. And for others still, homeownership represents a sense of security and privacy. Our homes are much more than the wood, nails, shingles, hinges, etc. that comprise them. They are our safe havens.
